Education:

Work area: Maintenance of haematological cancer cell lines, chemo prediction in form of dose-response and apoptosis experiments.

Analysis and characterization of relevant haematological samples using various techniques such as purification of RNA, miRNA and DNA, PCR, Q-PCR, western blot and cell laboratory facilities.

Investigation of molecular differences between normal and malignant cells in haematological cancers using array techniques such as SNPs and copy number variation.

Training of new users in the research laboratory.
